Teacher and Teaching Staff CPD Event

As the education leaving age increases and more young people seek apprenticeships teachers and teaching staff need to learn more about the opportunities available for pupils so they can nurture the skills required and support young people in the application process.

The Rolls-Royce North East Training Centre offers a free CPD course for Teachers and Teaching staff that supports them in these areas offering the following:

An introduction to a range of downloadable and online educational lesson plans and activities to engage Key Stage 3 and 4 pupils in engineering both as an interest and a career.
How to use the Rolls-Royce North East Training Centre Introduction to Engineering Apprenticeships PowerPoint
An introduction to the RRNETC Apprenticeship applications process.
A tour around the Rolls-Royce North East Training Centre to see the training we deliver in action.
