Does your business need an apprentice?
We specialise in apprenticeships in the following engineering disciplines:

What we do for you, free of charge.
Step 1 – Recruit
We recruit by advertising in the press; we attend school careers events and job exhibitions.
We then conduct an initial assessment of potential candidates, including aptitude testing, interviewing and selection, ready for our annual intake in September.
Step 2 – Train
Basic vocational training to nationally recognised standards is done in our own dedicated training centre, with further educational support from local colleges.
Our apprentices learn skills that are tailored to your specific business needs, through our flexible bespoke training programmes.
Step 3 – Deliver
We deliver a well trained second year apprentice who is ready for employment in your business, and who is on track to complete their full apprenticeship.
In addition, to training, we offer further support with regards to the selection and recruitment of your apprentices, to ensure that your choice matches your specific operational needs, as closely as possible.
Step 4 – Support
We manage the entire apprenticeship process. This includes full monitoring and continuous support to both your company and your apprentices, to ensure that your apprentices achieve all of the desired aims of their apprenticeship programme.
